Our Pricing

At The DMV Housing Consultant, we believe in transparency and landlord-friendly pricing. That’s why we keep our fees simple, competitive, and designed to maximize your return.

Management Fee

$100 per month — locked in for your first 2 years.

Tenant Placement Fee

 60% of the first month’s rent for each year signed on the lease

  • 10% deposit due at property management agreement signing (to start the tenant placement process and obtain the rental license)
  • Remaining 50% collected from the tenant’s first month’s rent payment.

Lease Terms

We push for 2-year leases whenever possible, to give landlords stability and reduce turnover costs
